General Terms & Conditions
1. Right to Refuse Service
Texas Elite Driver reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
2. Liability for Delays
Texas Elite Driver is not liable for delays caused by factors outside of its control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or client actions.
3. Passenger Conduct
Chauffeurs may terminate a ride without refund if passengers display threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
Use of illegal substances or possession of weapons will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Zero-tolerance policy: No underage alcohol consumption is allowed. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is prohibited in all vehicles.
4. Lost Items
Texas Elite Driver is not responsible for lost or left-behind items. Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Belongings left behind can be returned at the owner’s expense.
5. Booking Policy
A four-hour minimum applies to most hourly bookings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Reducing hours after payment is considered a cancellation of unused time.
Reservations are billed for the full scheduled time. No refunds are issued for early drop-offs.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled service: 100% of the fare is non-refundable.
Cancellations 30 days or more in advance: 50% refund.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours): No refund.
No refunds for guest no-shows or same-day cancellations.
25% refund if canceled within 72 hours of the reservation.
50% refund if canceled within 2 weeks of the reservation.
All other sales are final and non-refundable after confirmation.
7. Waiting Time & Overage
A 10-minute grace period applies to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
After the grace period, charges accrue in 30-minute increments.
8. Stops & Route Changes
Additional stops incur a minimum $25 fee. If more than one stop is needed, the trip becomes an hourly charter (3-hour minimum).
Pickups between 11 PM and 6 AM incur a red-eye surcharge.
9. Service Charges & Gratuity
A standard 20% service fee (includes gratuity) can be added to all bookings and may be adjusted upon request.
10. Chauffeur Authority & Termination Conditions Service may be terminated without refund if:
The driver feels unsafe or is exposed to unruly, intoxicated, or aggressive passengers.
There are suspected illegal activities including trafficking or drug possession.
Service location is deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the driver or management.
Airport & Point-to-Point Travel
1. Flight Information
Flight number or tail number must be submitted at the time of booking.
2. Waiting Time Policy
Domestic Arrivals: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.
International Arrivals: 45-60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.
Delays beyond this will be billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
3. Departures & Point-to-Point
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Additional waiting is billed per minute.
4. Flight Adjustments
Changes for private/semi-private flights must be made at least 2 hours prior to pick-up time.
Child Seat Policy
Texas Elite Driver does not install child seats.
Clients are responsible for installing all child seats and ensuring they meet current safety and expiration standards.
Texas Elite Driver is not liable for any injuries or claims related to child seat usage.
Invoices & Payments
Invoices are due upon receipt. Balances not paid within 30 days incur a 25% late fee, plus $25 per day until settled.
Disputed charges or chargebacks will incur a fee of 75% of the original booking amount, plus $250.
A $25/day fee is added during the dispute period until the issue is resolved.
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle or excessive mess. Fees include but are not limited to:
$350 for sickness-related cleanups
$25 per broken or missing glass
$375+ for damage to entertainment or electronic equipment
$25 for missing AUX cables or chargers
$50+ for food messes
$100+ for glitter cleanup
$250+ for leather or upholstery damage
$150 for window tint damage
$750 for smoking/vaping violations
$100 for additional smoking odor cleanup
The person who books the reservation accepts responsibility for all members of their party.
Surveillance Notice
All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, audio, and video recording for safety, training, and quality control. By booking and using our services, you consent to this monitoring.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you agree to all of the above terms, policies, and conditions.
