General Policies

• Texas Elite Driver reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Mileage restrictions may apply to all vehicles.

• Point-to-point limousine services on weekend evenings are subject to availability.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, road conditions, weather, or vehicle malfunctions.

• Excessive modifications to group transportation or high-volume trips may result in additional administrative fees.

• Chauffeurs have the right to terminate a ride without a refund if they feel threatened or detect potential danger.

• Texas Elite Driver is not responsible for lost or left-behind valuables.

• Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

• We strictly enforce Texas laws regarding alcohol and drug use.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: No alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers under 21.

• Use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

• Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• Texas Elite Driver is not liable for injuries resulting from passenger altercations or intoxication.

• Chauffeurs cannot exceed the vehicle’s maximum passenger capacity as per Texas state law and insurance regulations.

• A surcharge may apply during holidays, special events, and peak periods to ensure chauffeur availability.

• All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, audio, and video recording for safety, quality control, and incident documentation. By using our service, you consent to these measures.

• The person who books the service is responsible for the behavior of all passengers and any damages, misconduct, or excessive messes incurred.

Wine tour & As-Directed Reservations

• A four-hour minimum applies to most hourly services unless stated otherwise.

• Automated text updates provide chauffeur details, vehicle information, and license plate.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation will forfeit 100% of the total amount.

• Reducing reserved hours is considered a cancellation and follows the same policy.

• Trips are charged for the full reserved time (no refunds for early drop-offs).

• A 10-minute grace period applies after the scheduled drop-off; beyond this, additional charges apply per half-hour.

• A standard 20% service fee (including gratuity) is added to all reservations, adjustable upon request.

Airport & Point-to-Point Trips

• Automated text updates provide chauffeur details, vehicle information, and license plate.

Departures & Point-to-Point

• A 10-minute grace period applies after the scheduled pick-up time; exceeding this incurs per-minute waiting fees.

Airport Arrivals

• A 20-minute grace period applies; exceeding this results in an additional full-hour charge.

Stops Along Route

• Additional stops incur a minimum fee of $25, subject to location and duration.

• If more than one stop is required, the trip is converted to an hourly reservation with a three-hour minimum.

• Pick-ups between 12 AM and 6 AM incur a red-eye fee.

• Timing adjustments for private/semi-private flights cannot be made within 2 hours of pick-up.

• A 20% service fee (including gratuity) applies to all reservations and can be modified upon request.

Car & Child Seat Policy

• Texas Elite Driver assumes no liability for injuries or damages related to child seat use.

• Passengers are responsible for installing child seats; chauffeurs are not permitted to install them.

Invoices & Payments

• Invoices not settled within 30 days will incur a 10% late fee.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

Passengers are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required. Fees include:

• $350 for sickness-related messes.

• $25 per broken or missing glassware.

• $375 minimum for damages to electronic devices (CD/DVD player, radio, TV, etc.).

• $25 for missing AUX cables.

• $50 minimum for excessive food messes (at our discretion).

• $250 minimum for upholstery/leather damage.

• $150 for window tint damage.

• $500 fine for smoking or vaping.

• $100 cleaning fee for any smoking-related incidents.

• The person who booked the service is liable for any mess or damage caused by their party.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
